What are your rates?

Please contact me to discuss rates for individual and couples counseling.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Depending upon availability, sliding scale can be negotiated for those in financial need or while in transition.

Do you accept any form of insurance?

Myself, and other therapists at New Perspectives Center for Counseling and at the East Bay Couples Collective are considered out of network providers. If requested, I can provide you with a Statement of Fees Paid that you can submit to your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company to determine their coverage for out of network, pre-licensed (i.e., AMFT) therapists.

How do you schedule appointments?

I generally see clients weekly, at the same day and time. Additional sessions can usually be arranged. Fewer than weekly sessions may or may not be advisable, depending on your situation. The logistics of scheduling appointments is currently through email.

Are you seeing clients in person yet?

Currently, I'm only seeing clients virtually either via phone or video. Potentially in early 2022 I'll be able to offer in-person sessions at the New Perspectives Center for Counseling office in San Francisco and at the East Bay Counseling Collective office in Oakland CA.
